| Recipe for Midnight Madness Bark (Recipe provided by the lovely Nancy James!) Layer Jelly roll pan with foil and then saltines Melt 1C butter, add 1 C white sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil until starts to turn amber. Pour over saltines and spread. If you would like chopped nuts, add them now. Bake at 350 degrees until they start to turn golden brown. Remove (of you want to pour chocolate bits over, do it now). Let cool in freezer for 15 minutes or at room temperature for 30 minutes -1 hour (until they harden).
